Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 43 to the Operating License Application for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1.
This Amendment transmits (1) revised sections of the Technical Specifications which reflect the fuel densification changes (2) a revised Section 13 Initial Tests and Operations and (3) information which serves to update the FSAR. All of this material has been incorpo-rated into the text and is forwarded in the form of change pages dated November 1,1973.
There ar?. also enclosed one copy and 20 conformed copies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 43 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.

(1) Revised sections of the Technical Specifications which reflect the fuel densification changes.
(2) Revised Section 13 (Initial Teste and operations).
(3)
Information which serves to update the FSAR.
