Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Enclosed are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 47 to the Operating License Application for Three Mile sland Nuclear Station Unit 1.
Applicant submits by this amendment the following information:
1.
Revisions to Section 15, Technical Specifications.
2.
Appendix 12-B entitled Operator Requalification Program.
3.
Information which serves to update the FSAR.
All of this information with the exception of Appendix 12-B is incorporated into the PSAR in the form of changed pages dated March 8, 1974.
There are also enclosed one copy and 20 conformed copies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 47 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
