in the matter of the operating license modification f o r' Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, dated Decemoer 27, 1974.
Citizens for a Safe Environmant is an unincorporated group o f individuals who reside largely in the Harrisburg area of Pennsylvania.
The membe rs o f this group feel that their health and sa fety, and that of their families, will be a f fec ted by the continued operatien of TMI Unit 1.
Similarly, they feel that their properties, real and otherwise, may oe affected by continued operation of the plant.
The interest and standing of this group to participation in licensing hearings has been determined in prior proceedings.
Citizens for a Sa fe Environ-ment participated in the operating license proceedings for Three Mile Island, Unit 1, November, 1973, and is an inter-venor in the Three Mile Island, Unit 2 operating license proceedings.
Citizens for a Safe Environment, in a formal action, approved a resolution at its regular monthly meeting, January 15, 1975, that it wished to be represented in this proceeding by Dr. Chauncey Kepforo, af York, Pa.
