Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-269 In accordance with the DfI-l Environmental Technical Specifications Section 5.6.2.h (Ite= #2, concerning changes made in cr prcposed for permits and/cr licenses) enclosed please find the PaDER letter of June 27, 1977 c=ending Industrial Waste Permit (IWP) No. 2276209 and No. 227020h. Please be advised that these amendments allow our use of NALCO hl-L as a cer' osion inhibitor in all TMI C1csed Cooling Systems.
It is our esti=aticn that because NALCO hl-L will be used only in closed syste=c, and because the leakage frc=
any of these systems is suitably treated prior to discharge, the environmental impact of these permit amendments will te negligible.
