Docket To. 50-289 Cperating License :To. DPR-50 On Cetober 1k,1976, Metropolitan Edison Cc=pany sent Event Report 76-32/3L which concerned leakage from either the "A" or "3" Makeup and Purification System Letdown Cooler. At that time, the location was not kncvn, but it was stated that repairs would be performed during a future plant cutage.

During this refueling outage, hydrcstatic tests were conducted en the "B" Cccler which indicated that it was not leaking. The "A" Ccoler was ccnfirmed to be leaking through operaticnal test results and was replaced.
