Regan, Sme(AET OF MEETDIG WITN MrtROPOLITAM EDISON COMPANY RE TIREE MILE ISLAND UNIT 1 The meeting was held em Septmaber 20, 1973, for the purpose of arriving at the final version of the Environmental Technical specifications for the Three Mile Island Unit 1 power plant. A list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1.
Each of the propout Tech specs was reviewed. Where there was still a disagreement between the applicant and the AEC staff the specifi-cation was analyzed and disenssed until the wording was put la final form. If the applicant did not agree with the final version of each specificatism, he at least understood the reasoning behf =d the staff's posities.
The applicant will furnish section 5, Admi=intrative controls, by October 1, 1973. Open review and approval of Section 5, the Technical specifications will be completed for Three Mile Island Unit 1.
