Recent inspections have identified certain requirenents in technical specifications which differ from Regulatory Guides and the type of requirements being included in current t
technical specifications. Although these are not necessarily i
deficiencies, we suggest these connents be evaluated from the t
standpoint of maintaining consistency in requirements and that
