TMI-I OPERATING
SUMMARY
JULY 1978 The Unit operated at essentially 100% full power the entire month except for the following planned reductions.
On July 3rd and 4th, the Unit reduced power to 90% due to a reduced system load r'.quirement. These reductions lasted approximately 4.5 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> and 2./5 hours respectively, after which the Unit escalated back to 100% full power.
On July 19, 1978, the Unit reduced power to 95% to perform Physics testing (Reactivity Coefficients). This planned reduction lasted 0.75 hours8.680556e-4 days <br />0.0208 hours <br />1.240079e-4 weeks <br />2.85375e-5 months <br />.
MAINTENANCE
SUMMARY
The casing vent line on makeup pump (MU-P-1A) required repairs because of a fitting leak. MU-P-1A was taken out of service after the other make up pumps were aligned for normal operation. The following work was performed:

Installed vent line 4.
