DOCKET NO. 50-289 OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-50 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST No.30, AMENDMENT NO.1
Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three signed originals (thirty-seven conformed copies sent separately) of Technical Specification Change Request No. 30, Amendment 1, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-50.
As a part of this requnst, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for proposed Technical Specification Change Request No. 30, Amendment 1, to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
This amendment serves to modify our previous Change Request No. 30 to reflect the actual Cycle 1 burnup achieved.
We are aware that you require 90 days in which to review a reload request and as a result of telephone conversations with Dr. D. Bridges of your office we understand that the 90 day period began with the date of our original sub-mittal on January 13, 1976 and is not changed by this submittal. If you are not in full agreement with this please inform me as soon as possible.
