Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 In accordance with the requirements of TMI-l Technical Specification h.h.l.l.8 and 10CFR50 Appendix J, Section V.B, enclosed please find twelve (12) copies of the 1977 TMI-1 Reactor Contain=ent Building Periodic Integrated Leak Rate Test Report. Since the 1";tial and first periodic integrated leak rate tests have both failed to meet the applicable acceptance criteria, TMI-l Technical Specification 4.4.1.1.6.b and 10CFR50 Appendix J, Section III A.6(a) require that the test schedule applicable to subsequent tests vill be subject to review and approval by the NRC. The next test is presently scheduled for the 1980 refueling outage.
