Dear Mr. Lear:
Three Mile Island nuclear Station Unit 1 Operating License No. DPF-50 Docket No. 50-289 In response to your letter of May 7, 1975, concerning Technical Spec-ificaticns for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Statien Unit 1 (TMI-1) vent header system, we have prepared the subject draft interim Technical Specifications. These draft interin Specifications will be submitted to the Plant Operations Review Cenmittee, General Office Review Board, and Met-Ed Corporate Technical Suppcrt Staff for their review and censideration. After completion cf this review as required by Section 6 of the Technical Specifications, the preposed interim change, revised if necessary, vill be submitted to the NRC. We anticipate providing this submittal by June 3, 1975 Sincerely,
