Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-289 License No. DPR-50 Technical Specification Change Request No.17 Attached are three signed originals and thirty-seven conformed copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 17, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-50. As a part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are also attached.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service of Technical Specification Change Request No.17 to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
Also please note that this change request supersedes our change request No. 4 dated August 5,1974, and is pursuant to Section 50.46, Appendix K of 10CFR Part 50, and the December 27, 1974, Order to Modify License.
This change request serves to complete our response to the issues addressed in the Commission's letter of June 18, 1975, and our subsequent responses of July 9, 1975, and July 15, 1975.
