Dear Dr. Morris:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment No.18 to the Operating License Application for the Three Mile Island Nuclear S tation, Unit 1.
This Amendment addresses questions raised by DRL at a meeting held on February 23 and 24, 1971, in Bethesda, Maryland.
In addition to the aforementioned information, we are including data which serves to update the FSAR. All of this material has been incorporated into the text and is forwe.rded in the form of change pages dated March 22, 1971.
There are also enclosed one signed copy and 20 conformed copies of Certificate of Service of Amendment No.18 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
