Dear Dr. Morris:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 19 to the Operating License Application for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This Amendment transmits a completely revised and updated Appendix 5-A.
The applicant wishes to incorporate Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report BAW 10015 titled "Multinode Computer Code Analysis of Loss-of-Coolant Accident" into the application.
In response to Question 14.7 contained in your letter of Octob er 31, 1970, Met-Ed submits the following:
Idaho Nuclear Corporation is performing further LOCA tests in a semi-scale loop with simulatien of a heated core and ECCS. As soon as these tests are completed and data are evaluated, these data will be correlated using the B&W version of the FLASH-2 Computer Code.
There are also enclosed one signed copy and 20 conformed copies of Certificate of Service of Amendment 19 on the chief executi.ves of the township and county in which the facility is located.
