Met Ed wishes to incorporate, as part of our License Application, Babcock & Wilcox Topical Report BAW-10034, "Maltinode Analysis of B&W's 2568 MWt Nuclear Plants During a Loss of Coolant Accident", which vas submitted to you by Babcock & Wilcox on October 29, 1971.
