Docket No. 50-289 License No. DPR-50 Technical Specification Change Request No. 31 Attached are three signed originals of Technical Specification Change Request No. 31, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-50 (thirty-seven copies sent under separate cover). As a part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are also attached.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service of Technical Specification Change Request No. 31 to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
Approval of this change request prior to February 10, 1976, is necessary in order for thia change to be worthwhile. Your prompt action in this matter is, therefore, requested.
