o-Prestressing System With respect to the materials and hardware to be utilized for the subject prestressing system, Met-Ed hereby advises that its selection of bearing plates for use on the lower temination in the outermost layer of the vertical tendons will be as follows:
20k" square, 3-3/4" thick, 7-5/16" diameter center hole; material to be in accordance with A.S.T.M. A-36.
The bearing plates which will be used with the remainder of the vertical tendons will be as indicated in the response to Question 7.11.1 of Supplement #1 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station.
