Docket No. 50-289 Amendment No. 13 Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment No. 13 to the construction permit application for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1.
This amendment revices the original application to reflect the change in ownership of the project and the formal request for an operating license for Three Mile Island Unit 1 at a reactor power level of 2535 W t.
There are also enclosed one signed and 20 conformed copies of Certificates of Service of Amendment No.13 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is to be located.
