Decket No. 50-289 Cperating License No. OPE-50 Please be advised that the TMI-1 "Reacter Building Ring Girder Inspection Report, Ihree Years After the Structural Integrity Test" will be subnitted by August 28, 1977, i.e. three =cnths after the perfer=ance of the inspection, in acccrdance with Technical Specification 6.9 2.3. (1)(b). Ncte that this '-"" ++ al due date is incensistent with Technical Specification h.k.2.2.D which requires this reperc to be subnitted within 30 days after the cc=pletion of the inspection. - 2 this year nnd Technical Specification Change Eequest No. 53.L was submitted on April 26, 1977 to correct it.
In the meantire, we feel that Technical Specification 6.9.3 3.(1)(b), approved en Feb ruary 26, 1976, by Amendment No.11 to our license, superseded Technical Specification h.h.2.2.D, which is part of the original MI-l Technical Specifications document, and therefere stands as the most recent reporting requirement.
