g Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 Technical Specification Change Request No. h4 Enclosed are three signed originals (sixty conformed copies sent separately) of Technical Specification Change Request No. hh requesting amendment to Appendix B of Operating License No. DPR-50.
As a part of this request, proposed replacement Figures 3 and 5 for Appendix B are enclosed.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for proposed Technical Specification Change Request No. hk to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
This request is being submitted due to our inability to relocate a radiological environmental monitoring station on the south end of Three Mile Island as approved by Amendment 18 to our Technical Specifications and dis-cussed in our letter of October 22, 1976. During the waiting period for the approval of this request, the monitor vill centinue to operate at its present location.
As this change request involves the moving of sample equipment, it is requested that this change be implemented not more than sixty days after the date of the amendment issuance.
