This telegram is to confirm the telecon between tee Spessard (Region 7-URO), and J.J. Colitz (TMI tinit ! Superintendent) at 1700 hours0.0197 days <br />0.472 hours <br />0.00281 weeks <br />6.4685e-4 months <br />. June 19. 1975.
Violation of Technical Scecification 2.3.1 in that the variable low reactor coolent System pressure trip setpoint for one RPS channel was found to be less conservative than the setpoint listed in Table 2.3.1 (Page 2-9) of the Technical Specificatinns.
The required and actual trip point for the channel cut of specification was as follows:

1831.5 1831.2 The variable low macter coolant system presswe trip setpoints for all four RPS channels were being tested to determine instrument drift as specified in Abnormal Occurence Report hisdeer A0 50-289/75-16. The setpoints for caannels A,8 and D were found to be within Technical Specification limits.
The out-of-specification channel has been ncalibrated and retestad, and the re-salting trip setpoint was verified as being within Technical Specification limits.
