This telegram is to confim the telecon between Lee Spessard (Region I-N3C). and J.J. Colitz (Superintendent-Unit One) at 1500 hours0.0174 days <br />0.417 hours <br />0.00248 weeks <br />5.7075e-4 months <br />. 3 July 1975.
Violation of the Environeental Teclinical Specificatica 2.2.2 (Page 10) in that the Plant River Water Discharge Suspended Solids exceeded the limit of 550 ppm maxinum on 6 June 1975, during release of a waste neutralizing tank.
Analysis of the Susper.ded Solids in the Plant River Water Discharge on 6 June 1975 was 584 ppa.
Suspended solids analysis on the waste neutralizing tank water prior to re! case was only 5 pros and suspended solids analysis of the river influent was 659 ppm during the release.
No inmediate corrective action is in order. A change to the Environmental Tech-nical Specifications to cover abnormal river water conditions will be evaluated.
