The felicwing report is submitted in accordance with Paragraph 6.7.2.a.4 (Page 6-11) of the Technical Specifications.
Curir.9 rcutine surveillance of snuLbers in the Auxiliary Building, the snutcer at iccation CNH-198 was fcund with an empty fluid reservoir.
It.ias re:med ana replaced with an operable unit. The original snubter was tested, failed to leck properly and was declared inoperable.
The reservoir leakage appeared to be due to a damaged seal.
CHH-193 is located on the suction line to Cli-P-12.
