In response to the request contained in NRC IE Bulletin 79-19 for information related to the University of Missouri-Rolla Reactor, I submit the enclosed letter to you from Mr. John Tolan. The campus health physicist is in charge of all items in the request and waste is picked up at the reactor. At that point, the health physicist assumes responsibility.
