ASSEfiBLY" Your July 30, 1979 letter NS-TMA-2109 transmitted sixty (60) copies of the subject report. We have distributed the report and established the enclosed schedule for review. The start of our review is deferred until December 1, 1979 because of higher priority work on tasks resulting from the Three Mile Island accident and because of our review of near tenn applications for operating licenses. Conipletion of the review of WCAP-9500 by December 1, 1980 is compatible with our planned review of operating licenses for Byron Unit 1, Braidwood Unit I and Catawba Unit 1 which will use this new fuel design for initial fuel loadings.
