-I Federal Register Notice NUCIEAR REGUIAERY CCNMISSICN ADVISORY CmMIITEE W REACER SAFU3UARDS SUBCCNMITTEE CN EVALUATICN OF LICENSEE EVENT REPCRTS lbtice of Meeting te ACRS 9b~vmittee on Evaluation of Licensee Event Reports will hold an open meeting on June 28 and 29,1979, in Room 1046, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555 *.o continue its review of Licensee Event Reports (LERs). Notice of this meeting was p2blished en May 24, 1979 (44 FR 30177).
In accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Register on October 4, 1978, (43 FR 45926), oral o'r written statements may be presented by members of the public, recordings will be permitted cnly during those portions of the meeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by members of the Subcom-mittee, its consultants, and Staff. Persons desiring to makre oral statements should notify the I)esignated Federal Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appro-priate arrangements can be made to allow the necessary time durirg the :neeting for such statements.

Thursday, June 28 and Friday, June 29, 1979 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business each day.
'Ihe Subcocmittee will meet with any of its consultants eo may be present, and with representatives of the NRC Staff and their consultants, to continue its review of LERs mhnitted during the period 1976-1978.
Also, one or more open Executive Sessions will be held to discuss IIRs and a planned Subcocmittee report to the full Committee.
In addition, the Subcot:mittee will meet with representatives of several utilities in order to obtain information on the procedures used in filing an LER with the NRC and in following up on the event within the utility organization.
