Dear Mr. Gee:
This is in response to your letbr dated September 22, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to the reports entitled " Barrier Penetration Database," " Advanced Admittance Systems," " Guards," and " Resources Requirements for Malevolent Actions."
The first three documents have already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Copies of these documents can be purchased by writint' directly to the PDR.
The PDR file identification and number of pages per document is indicated in the Appendix to this letter.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
The NRC cannot locate the fourth document you requested.
