This is the report for July,1979, on the disccvery status of Central and South West Corporation et al. ("CSW").
During the month, Central Power andi Light Company
(" CPL") sent all re:naining documents requesteed by the Depart-ment of Justice whi:h were made available to.other parties.
CPL also sent documents to Houston lighting and Power Company ('HL?") in compliance with HLP's First Inter-rogatories and Requests for Production of Documents.
In addition, attorneys for CPL participated in the depositions of Robert Gross, N. C. Lerner, Wi_lliam Scott, Carl Stover, Maynard Human, and R. Parks.
