Attached please find the Gulf + Western Energy Products Group, Taylor Bonney Division, Taylor Forge, Woodstock Plant, Plant No. 3, Quality Assurance Program to insure compliance with 10CFR71.51.
This covers only the Woodstock Plant's Quality Assurance Pro-I gram.
We do not transfer radioactive materials between plants. The f
only transfer of our Iridium 192 source that we make, is the

sending out of the source for exchange when it decays to between 26-30 curies for a 100 curies source and the receiving of the new source.
