this modification is issued to apply as additional increment of funds in the amount o f $451,000.00. Accordingly, the following changes are made:

1.

Section 2 - Special Provisions, Page 2-2, Article III. Paragraph B is modified by deleting the figure "$9,370,000.00" and substituting the figure

" $9,821,000.00' and by changing the date from " January 31, 1980" to

" April 1, 1980."
