Gentlemen:

Millstone Nuclear Pcwer Station, Unit No.1 P_rsonnel Air Lock Testing During the recent refueling outage, Millstone Unit No.1 personnel successfully completed a leak test of the personnel air lock test.it 43 psig (Pa).

In accordance with previous correspondence with the NRC, Millstone will propose revisions to plant technical specifications to locally leak rate test the dryvell air lock at 43 psig at least once every six (6) e;,nths.

Any additional tests required due to drywell entfy for maintenance will be performed at 10 psig.
