Dear Mr. Fialka:
This is in further response to your letter dated November 30, 1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA),
access to =11 documents pertaining to the Nuclear Paterials and Equipment Corporation, and NRC's investigation into the Executive Directqr for Operations' remarks, which had been denied in whole or in part 1n response to previous F0IA requests.
The NRC has been informed by the National Security Council and the Defense Intelligence Agency that those portions of documents 7 and 9 respectively, which were referred _ to them for review, continue to be properly classified and therefore continue to be exempt from public disclosure.
