SEP 6 1979 Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-295 Company Docket No. 50-304 Based on the results of the NRC Inspection conducted from July 1, -
August 1, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were not con-ducted in compliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This is an infraction.
Technical Specification 6.2.B requires that radiation control procedures be maintained, be made available to all station personnel and be adhered to.
Contrary to the above, on July 18, 1979, Station Radiation Protection Procedure RP-11 was not adhered to, in that two individuals were observed working in a posted airborne radiation area without the required respiratory protection.
