The following is in response to the questions concerning disposal of low-level radioactive waste that were addressed in IE Bulletin No. 79-19 August 10, 1979:

I) The plan of action and schedule with regard to items 1-8:

Several of the items are currently being done and all re-maining items will be completed prior to October 5, 1979.

II) Answers to item 9 - 1, 2 and 3 are listed below:

1-2: Previously submitted in Section H of the Annual Report required by the Technical Specifications for the M.I.T.

Reactor.

3: Low-level liquid radioactive waste was generated during this time period. All liquid radioactive waste is sol-idified using absorbant materials in acco.
