NCR MEB 79 PINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector T. E. Conlon on June 13, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

An interim report was submitted on July 11, 1979, which inadvertently indicated this deficiency applied to both units; it applies only to unit 1.
