SUPPLEMENT TO NRC STAFF MOTION FOR DIRECTED CERTIFICATION OF SEPTEMBER 4, 1979 On September 4, 1979, the NRC Staff filed "I. Motion for Directed Certification of the Licensing Board's Ruling Denying the NRC Staff's Request for In Camera Hearings and a protective Order Relative to Safeguards Information: II. Request for an Interim Protective Order Pending a Ruling on the Request for Directed Certification."
In supplement of page 2, paragraph 2 of the NRC Staff's September 4,1979 motion, we offer the following transcript references as a further description of the conversations held during the hearings between the Licensing Board and the parties concerning the confidentiality of safeguards, i.e., specific routing details: Tr. 3021-49, specifically 3041-47; 3125-29; 3237-40; 3815-22.
