Enclosed please find a letter dated September 14, 1979 from Transnuclear. Inc.
transmitting a telex from the consignee stating that Allied Chemical, a U.S.
company, will be converting the U 08 material on export license application 3
XUO8466. Accordingly, the material will be initially e*xported to the FRG for storage purposes only, after which it will be returred to the U.S. for p
conversion and enrichmeat and sub' sequent reexport tc the FP.G under a separate export license.
