ORDER SCHEDULING RESUMPTION OF EVIDENTIARY HEARING (September 10, 1979)
The evidenticry hearing in this operating license proceeding will resume on October 24-26, 1979, for the consideration of MVPP Contention 17.
The session on October 24, 1979, will extend from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. (with a break for dinner).
The sessions on October 25 and 26 will commence at 9 a.m. and that on October 26 will. adjourn no later than 4 p.m.
On October 24, 1979, prior to the evidentiary hearing, the Board will hear limited appearance statements from 9:30 a.m.
until 12 noon, if necessary.
All sessions of the hearing will be held in the United States District Court, Room 805, U. S. Post Office and Court-house, 5th and Walnut Streets, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Direct testimony on Contention 17 must be filed by Tuesday, October 9, 1979.
