Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station In response to your letter of September 24, 1979, we are enclosing our check.in the amount of S4,000 in pay-ment of the fee required fo: the review and approval of Security Training and Qualittuation Plan as required by Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules and Regulatiors, Appendix B 10CFR73.
The Security Plan was subn..ttet to the Commission on August 16, 1979.
The enclosed license fee is paid under protest since a lawsuit is on file in the United States Court of Appeal for the 5th Circuit (Mississippi Power & Light Co.,
et al. vs. United States Nuclear Xegulatory Commission, et al.
Civ. No. 78-1565) to obtain review of the validity of those rules.
