20555 ggg Dear Mr. Felton; This i's a request under the Freedom of Information Act for access to portions of the telephone tapes made durine the crisis at Three Mile Island which were not transcribed at the specific request of the NRC employes who oversaw the transcription process.
Two examples of such items are on 02-271-CH7/25-WH-4 and E 04-270-CH7/25 UH-1 I would also request access to any internal policy memoranda governing the transcription process that explain why certain portions of the tapes were expressly deleted from the transcripts although it was clear that there was information on the tapes.
