Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Your letter of August 28, 1979, requested that our Technical Specifi-cations oe revised to include the requirements of the "SRC Evalua t ion of Mininium Fire Brigade Shift Size."
We intend to nahe this Technical Specification effective within 90 days of the issuance of the amendraent.
This subnittal u. exenpt from the requested Class III fee under the pro-vision of Footnote 2 to 10 CFR 170.22.
Feotnote 2 does permit the exemption of certain types of li se amendmnts from fees.
These are:
