No agreement was reached and conse-quent.ly there are no stipulations involving the~ contentions of Petitioner,'riends of the Earth.

When :.t has received the contentions of Petitioner Hursh and California Energy Commission, Petitioner Friends of the Earth will advise Hearing Board as to possible stipulation on.any contentions raised by those parties.
