This refers to your letter postmarked August 2,1979. requesting reconsideration of the denial of your application of March 22, 1978, requesting approval to deliver disposable liners and two shielded packages to a carrier for transport.
Although your letter specifically requested reconsideration of the denial, which could only be provided pursuant to 10 CFR 52.103, in our subsequent discussions you indicated that you did not desire a formal hearing.
