Description:
that a portion of the "B" SSW loop piping did not meet the criteria for Safe Shutdown Earthquake in that the pipe could be overstressed during a seismic event.
Cause and Corrective Action:
The design calculations for SSE did not include the weights of pipe flanges. A FDCR is being generated to add additional restraints to reduce the potential pipe stress to within acceptable limits.
