Our letter (Reference 1) submitted for NRC approval the Security Force Training and Qualification Plan for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
The check for the approval fee in the sum of $4,000 was not in-cluded with the mailing but was sent separately to the NRC.
Based on telephone conversations today with Mrs. Coupe of your office, it has been concluded that the check has not been received at the NRC office in Bethesda, Maryland, and therefore stop-payment action should be taken on Dairyland Power Cooperative's Check No.
22904, Form No. 26198, payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000, and dated August 21, 1979.
Enclosed with this letter please find a new check to cover the required approval fee.
