Dear Mr. Vakerics:

This is in response to your letter dated September 12, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents related to economic or market studies regarding the radiopharmaceutical industry.

The report " Determination of the Economic Parameters of the Radionuclide and Radioauclide Devices Industry with Special Reference to the Nuclear Medicine Market", is enclosed.

In a September 26, 1979 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to bear the cost of reproduction.

The charges for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room is ten crats ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).

Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 142 pages is $14.20.

Please send a check in the amount of $14.20 payable to the "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission", along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
