Dear Dr. Gustafson:
This letter is in response to your July 1979 monthly p' ogress report, dated August 24, 1979, for the NRC Cuntract Fii Nos.
A-2010 and A-2143.
The only questions we have on the project status sumaries and associated costs provided in the report are related to the effort and costs for the Kerr-McGee West Chicago project. Please provide us with a written explanation of why there was an effort of 1.3 man months and an effort related cost of $5,800 if there was "no substantial activity on this project".
