Dear Mr. Fialka:
This is in further response to your letter dated November 30,1978, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA),
access to all documents pertaining to the Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corporation, and NRC's investigation into the Executive Director for Operations' remarks, which had been denied in whole or in part in rnponse to previous FOIA requests.
The NRC has now completed its review of documents 1 and 3 of Appendix A to my letter dated August 17, 1979 and has found that additional portions of these documents can now be released.
Enclosed are the pages which contain the additional information.
