On August 13, 1979, the :iRC St:ff filed its " Answer to Petitioner Tribes' Supple-mental Memorandum In Response to Order of July 9, 1979".
The Staff's Answer was inadvertently served as if it were a Licensing Board pleading.
Consequently, members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board were not served copies of that Answer. Accordingly, by this letter the Staf f is certifying service of its Answer to members of the Appeal Board.
