$7P hereby moves the Atanic Safety and Licensing Board to schedule evidentiar-f herings for the Zimner Power Station's licensir.g,prcceedings during evening hcurs.

m*PP is a citinen's organination carrfing en its intervention activities solely cn the volunteer time of its attorneys and nco-at crneys. Thus, bearings held during regular business hours require 57P's representatives to be absent fran their source of livelihood for periods of a week or core. If the right of the public to intervene in a nuclear poner plant licensing proceedings is to be any-thing :ncre thnn a shmn, it is necessary that the Scard meet the needs cf the citizen-group intervencrs.

Thus far there have been twelve days of hearings, all held during the day.

in spite of the Board's awareness of MVPP's needs and in full disregard thereof.

m'PP feels it is inct:nbent en the Board to schedule at least the next twelve days of hearings during everdng hours. ETP has been incenvenienced until ncw by the hearing schedule. It wculd cnly be equitable tc incenvenience sane cther party fcr a while.
